THB hotels believes that human capital is its most valuable asset and it is for that reason that we have set up our Expert Programme in Hotel Management.

It is designed for students that need to put into practice the competencies acquired during their theoretical training and to enable them to continue improving their skills in initiatives, methodologies or technologies that are essential for their future career with tutored internships.

Young people embarking on this adventure will face new challenges, changes and learning experiences, mentored by an expert who will play a crucial role in accompanying them throughout the process.
