Dual Vocational Training in Culinary Studies – THB College 2020-2022 Graduation

THB College was set up in 2017 as a revolutionary tool for managing talent at THB hotels. We channel major efforts and creativity into fomenting the development of all our work teams and in training the professionals of the future.

Since those early days, we have worked to improve and adapt our facilities, turning them into centres for study and learning. Our coaches have outstanding expertise and experience in the world of catering and gastronomy, and are fully in line with our philosophy and values.

On 4^th September, we celebrated the graduation of the II Class of THB College’s Dual Vocational Training in Culinary Studies. A group of motivated and enthusiastic young students who opted to join this project in 2020 and who have worked hard each day to acquire exceptional value and knowledge.

Members of previous classes now make up THB hotels’ talent pool at the company’s various hotels. Our aim is none other than to turn these new graduates into company employees. Our dream is to ensure the continuation of this project, and to guarantee its continued growth, training and helping the younger members of our society.

Here at THB hotels we have remained firmly committed to developing our employees’ talent in order to guarantee the future of the company. It is precisely for this reason that we focus particularly on training as a means to career growth and internal promotion for our employees.

Everyone who is part of this amazing project is incredibly pleased and proud to be able to say that students at the THB College have learnt, evolved and grown with THB hotels. We would like to thank everyone who has made this project possible – the coaching staff, hotel managers and employees – for believing in and driving THB College.
