II GRADUATION OF DUAL THB COLLEGE TRAINEES

    NOVEMBER

    25

    dsc-1106>
On 22nd November,  THB hotels and the “Felipe Moreno” School of Tourism held the graduation ceremony of the Second THB College Dual Training Class. XX students, whose hard work and dedication, combining academic training with their work in the chain’s hotels, have earned them a qualification and a promising career outlook.
Just over a year ago, we were thrilled to announce that 19 young men and women had formed the First Class of this Dual Training programme. Today, this pioneering "In Company” Vocational Training project, which represents a new approach to learning via the THB College training programme, is a consolidated success and a benchmark in its field.

Here at THB hotels we have always encouraged our employees to develop their talent – essential for securing the company’s future – focusing particularly on internal training as a means of enabling our employees to grow professionally. Indeed,  talent is a key factor in maintaining and raising our competitiveness.

The Dual Training Programme boosts employability, providing training for the chain’s future employees and offering them a work contract right from day one in the classroom. A revolutionary tool designed to create a “student-employee” talent base that alternates learning provided jointly by the School of Tourism and THB College with work at THB hotels, where they can put their newly acquired know-how into practice.

The entire project team is immensely satisfied and proud to say that the THB College students have learned, developed and grown with THB hotels. Many of them have now joined the THB hotels’ team on a permanent basis and have even had the experience of a change of destination.

Congratulations to all the students, teachers at the School of Tourism and the managers and employees at our hotels that have helped and contributed to these young people’s learning experience.
