THB HOTELS ACHIEVES EXCELLENCE: ISO 9001 AND 14001 CERTIFICATION FOR FIVE OF OUR HOTELS

We are proud to share the exciting news that five of our hotels have received the prestigious ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications. This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence in environmental and quality management, underpinning our determination to ensure the satisfaction of our customers as well as sustainability.
The THB Gran Bahía**** (Can Picafort), THB Sa Coma Platja**** (Sa Coma), THB Felip**** (Porto Cristo), THB Bamboo Alcudia**** (Puerto de Alcudia) on Mallorca and the THB San Fermín*** (Benalmádena) in Malaga, have demonstrated their dedication to excellence by meeting the strict requirements of these international standards. These certifications not only acknowledge the quality of our service, but also our environmental responsibility.ISO 9001: Quality ServiceThe ISO 9001 standard is intended to support organisations when implementing a quality management system.
