THB HOTELS DONATES THE MONEY RAISED DURING ITS BOXING DAY CAMPAIGN TO THE TURSIOPS ASSOCIATION

In December, THB hotels launched a new edition of its annual campaign to mark Boxing Day, an important event promoting donations to all types of good causes.

In our case, we once again collaborated with the Tursiops Association; the aim is to contribute actively to the conservation of marine life and environmental care. So what exactly did our contribution consist of?

Between 26^th December 2023 and 1^st January 2024, we ran our “BOXING DAY” campaign on our website at thbhotels.com. We offered a 15% discount at our all hotels on bookings for 2024 holidays and donated 5% of the final amount to the Tursiops Association in support of the Balearic Sperm Whale Project, which studies the populations of this species of whale in the Balearic Sea in order to come up with management and conservation proposals and measures that will protect this magnificent animal.

16^th February was the date of the official donation to the association’s representatives, held at THB El Cid hotel in Playa de Palma (Mallorca). An event that reflected our appreciation for being able to contribute to the amazing work the association does to protect our seas.

THB hotels is delighted to be able to continue working on our ECO Friendly project throughout 2024 in order to offer our customers an outstanding holiday experience that is also environmentally responsible and sustainable.
