THB hotels renews its ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications and the hotel THB Gran Playa, located in Can Picafort (Mallorca) receives the "Travelife Gold" certificate.

THB hotels has successfully renewed its ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates, further proof of its ongoing commitment to the environment and delivering outstanding quality. Our certification covers the areas of accommodation, food and beverage and events, and in addition to renewing our existing certificates, this year also includes the THB Cala Lliteras hotel.

The aim of the ISO 9001 standard is to support organisations in the implementation of quality management systems. It is a tool that helps us to set standards and improve procedures in order to deliver first class services that meet our customers' expectations. The certification focuses mainly on the following areas:

- Risk management.

- Ongoing improvement.

- Customer satisfaction

- The ability to deliver products and services in compliance with internal and external demands.

These aspects are a fundamental part of the quality framework established by the standard, as they ensure that an organisation has efficient processes in place, designed to meet its customers’ needs and expectations, minimising risks and maximising the quality of its products and services.

The ISO 14001 standard facilitates the implementation of an environmental management system in companies by establishing a standard framework that provides the necessary guidance for monitoring environmental impacts. On obtaining this certification, we have set the following goals:

THB GRAN PLAYA RECEIVES THE TRAVELIFE GOLD CERTIFICATE

In addition, the 4-star THB Gran Playa hotel in Can Picafort (Mallorca) has received the “Travelife Gold” award, which certifies THB hotels’ full commitment to minimising the environmental impact of its operations and applying responsible management systems centred on sustainability, the natural and environment and the social and labour rights of its employees, whilst at the same time guaranteeing quality and ongoing improvements to its services.

Receiving this award is a clear indication of the dedication and efforts channelled into improving the following aspects:
