THB HOTELS SPONSORS THE SPARTAN RACE MALLORCA AND THE LLEVANT PADEL TOUR

During the month of March, THB hotels sponsored two important sporting events on the island of Mallorca: the Spartan Race Mallorca, for the fourth consecutive year, and the Llevant Padel Tour, a new padel championship in Porto Cristo.

The Spartan Race is an extreme race with a long-standing tradition on the island that draws athletes from all over the world, eager to put their physical ability and mental stamina to the test in a truly stunning setting. THB hotels has sponsored the event since 2019, offering a range of exclusive services to guarantee participants in the race an optimum experience on the island. This year’s edition took place on Saturday, 18^th March and featured three categories: Sprint, Super and Kids. Some 4,000 people of all ages and nationalities are estimated to have taken part.

As part of its sponsorship deal, THB hotels offered the winners of the men’s and women’s Super Elite category two free stays for two people at any of its hotels on Mallorca, Ibiza, Lanzarote or the Costa del Sol, as well as 15% off bookings at the THB El Cid and THB María Isabel for stays taken before December 2023.

The event finished with victory of Gonçalo Prudencio in the men’s category and Jessica Velasco in the women’s. Both winners came away with their exclusive THB hotels prizes.

The second event we sponsored was the Llevant Padel Tour, a new padel tennis tournament held in Porto Cristo, aimed at giving local sports projects a boost. The tournament took place over the weekends of 10^th-12^th and 17^th-19^th March. The members of the winning men’s and women’s teams received a weekend’s stay at any of our hotels.
