    SOUS CHEF THB LANZAROTE BEACH

    We are seeking to recruit a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at the  THB Lanzarote Beach hotel in Costa Teguise ( Lanzarote ).

    The successful candidate will support the Head Chef, overseeing and managing all culinary operations, guaranteeing the highest quality standards of food preparation and presentation and maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.

    Education / professional qualifications:
    Academic training in culinary arts or gastronomy (preferred).

    Previous experience:
    At least 2 years’ prior experience in a similar position at 4-star hotels.

    Requirements and skills:
    Advanced culinary techniques and kitchen management skills.  
    Leadership and teamwork skills.
    Creativity and a passion for gastronomy.
    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    Ability to work well under pressure.

    Vacancy location: Lanzarote

    Working hours and shifts: Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Continuous or split shifts.
