The Dual Training Programme has been designed to boost employability and job opportunities for young people. This pioneering project will create a talent pool of “student-employees” combining academic training, provided by THB College, with work at THB hotels establishments.

THB hotels is looking for committed, enthusiastic and responsible young people eager to learn a profession whilst working. If you are aged between 16 and 29, interested in obtaining an official qualification, specialising in the hospitality sector and benefiting from a contract and salary right from day one, then sign up for the DUAL PROFESSIONAL TRAINING programme. SERVER APPRENTICES
Server apprentice's role is to assist waiting staff with the preparation and set-up of the restaurant dining room and/or bar and coffee shop, as well as dealing with and serving guests, complying the rules and procedures for each situation, using the necessary techniques and tools, in order to guarantee maximum quality standards and profitability for the establishment.
