LOCATION
The THB Tropical Island is located in Playa Blanca, a quiet seafaring town in the municipality of Yaiza, in the south of Lanzarote. The town boasts a wide range of leisure and entertainment options, including restaurants, bars and pubs and where you can enjoy the island’s privileged climate.
It is conveniently located within easy reach of some of Lanzarote’s best-known beaches, such as Playa Dorada, Papagayo and Timanfaya.
Playa Blanca also has a marina known as Marina Rubicón, site of a wide selection of shops and restaurants. From the marina, you can take a boat trip to the island of Fuerteventura. For the more adventurous, Playa Blanca is a paradise for enjoying water sports such as snorkelling or surfing, exploring Los Charcones natural pools, or immersing yourself in a unique experience at the Lanzarote Atlantic Museum, one of just three underwater museums in the world.

CAR
From the airport we can easily reach Playa Blanca due to the Intercity Bus service. We will take the bus route 161 with destination Playa Blanca and we hop off upon arriving at the bus station in Playa Blanca stop. From there, we need to walk towards the street Avenida Rubicon, where we will turn left on the first street, Calle Fragata, and on the right hand side we’ll see the hotel
BUS
From the airport you can easily get to Playa Blanca thanks to the Intercity Bus service. Take Line 161 towards Playa Blanca and get off at the bus stop Estación de Guaguas de Playa Blanca. From there walk towards Calle Anenida del Rubicon, where at the first left turn into Calle la Fragata and on the right hand side you will find the establishment.
